GYMNASTICS PROGRAM
At Mini Monstars, we’re excited to showcase our Gymnastics Program for childcare centres, combining fun, fitness, and foundational movement skills in a safe, engaging environment.
Our program builds flexibility, strength, balance, and motor skills through age-appropriate progressions and playful, structured activities. Children learn everything from basic movements to beginner gymnastics skills, all adapted to their developmental stage.

Why Gymnastics?
– Improves strength, coordination, and flexibility
– Builds confidence as children master new skills
– Supports cognitive development through focus, memory, and problem-solving
– Encourages teamwork, cooperation, and social interaction
– Most importantly—kids have FUN!

Designed for all ages and abilities, our coaches tailor sessions so every child feels included, supported, and challenged. With safe equipment, proper regressions, and a positive environment, children can explore gymnastics with confidence.
Join the Mini Monstars Gymnastics adventure, where rolling, jumping, and balancing become the building blocks of lifelong movement and enjoyment!
